Senior Quantity Surveyor | Commercial Projects | Up to $7,000

Your tasks

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and contractual administration for commercial and corporate projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage project costs, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to effective project delivery from tender preparation through to final account settlement.

• Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities (BOQs), and detailed cost estimates.
• Develop procurement plans and assess subcontractor quotations.
• Conduct site measurements and verify progress claims and valuations.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Manage variation orders, contractual claims, and final account settlements.
• Administer contracts and monitor compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience handling QS activities from pre-tender to final account is preferred.
• Exposure to commercial, corporate, or office fit-out projects is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
