💰 Salary: Up to $6,000/month (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- ✅ Develop procurement strategies and evaluate subcontractor quotations
- ✅ Conduct site measurements and verify progress valuations
- ✅ Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports
- ✅ Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements
- ✅ Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- ✅ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors
- ✅ Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience managing QS activities from pre-tender through to final account is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial and/or office fit-out projects is an advantage
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
