Senior Logistics Manager (Warehouse & Distribution) | Up to $7,000

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to lead warehousing, inventory and distribution operations for an established multi-site business.

This role is ideal for a logistics professional who enjoys improving operational performance, managing teams and driving cost-effective supply chain solutions.

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management and distribution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality and cost performance.
• Manage delivery planning, order fulfilment and coordination across multiple locations.
• Establish operational KPIs and monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and delivery performance.
• Review logistics costs, identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Strengthen inventory control processes, including stock reconciliation and discrepancy management.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, external logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve complex operational challenges relating to deliveries, stock movements and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, food safety requirements and workplace safety regulations.
• Lead, coach and develop the logistics team to achieve business objectives.
• Analyse operational data and present performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline.
• Substantial experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution management, including team leadership.
• Experience in F&B, FMCG, food distribution or cold chain logistics will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, transportation planning and operational cost management.
• Proven ability to manage operational KPIs, drive process improvements and lead teams.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
