We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager / Retail Franchise Partner to take ownership of a retail outlet in Pasir Ris. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced retail leaders who want greater autonomy and earning potential.

🛍️ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full day-to-day operations of the store
• Drive sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Analyse sales results, expenses and opportunities to improve profitability
• Lead, train, motivate and manage the retail team
• Manage staff scheduling and overall manpower requirements
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns
• Oversee inventory, cash handling and loss-prevention procedures
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and operational procedures
• Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

🌟 What We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE O-Level ; Diploma/Degree in Business or Retail Management is an advantage
• At least 5 years of retail experience
• Minimum 3 years of Store Manager experience
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
• Good understanding of sales analysis, budgeting and profitability
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
• Customer-focused with excellent service recovery skills
• Organised, commercially minded and confident in making decisions
• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and Public Holidays
