About the company

Your tasks

We welcome both experienced retail candidates and freshers who are customer-focused, eager to learn and motivated to develop their sales skills.

• Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, personalised service
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable eyewear products
• Explain product features, promotions and available services
• Support store sales targets and achieve individual and team KPIs
• Assist with customer prescriptions, work orders and payment records
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
• Receive, organise and replenish merchandise
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness and general store operations

Requirements

Urgent hiring | Islandwide outlets | No prior eyewear experience required

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome
• Retail sales, cashiering or customer service experience is an advantage
• Customer-focused, friendly and comfortable engaging with people
• Willing to learn about eyewear products and provide suitable product recommendations
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Responsible, organised and comfortable working towards sales targets
• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

What we offer

• Fixed Basic Salary: $2,300/month
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): Included
• Monthly Sales Incentives: $500 when monthly KPIs are achieved, with potential to earn up to $1,000 based on performance
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week
• Work Location: Islandwide retail outlets

Sales incentives are performance-based and subject to applicable KPI and incentive scheme conditions.

Working Hours

• 5 days per week, 44 hours per week
• Rotating shifts based on store requirements:
• Full shift: 11:00am–10:00pm, with a 2-hour break
• Opening shift: 10:45am–8:45pm
• Closing shift: 12:00pm–11:00pm
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays

Work Location Islandwide retail outlets. Outlet preferences may be discussed during the recruitment process, subject to operational requirements.
