Retail Sales Associate (Eyewear) | $2,300 Basic + Commission + AWS

We're hiring Retail Sales Associates to join a growing eyewear retail brand across Singapore!

💰 Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: $2,300/month Monthly Sales Incentives: Up to $1,000 (subject to KPIs) AWS (13th-month salary) 5-day work week

📍 Job Details Location: Island-wide retail outlets Working Hours: 44 hours/week Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

👓 What You'll Do Assist customers with eyewear and product enquiries Recommend suitable frames and eyewear based on customer preferences Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets Handle cashiering, payments and sales transactions Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays Support daily store operations and housekeeping

✅ What We're Looking For Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets Good communication skills in English Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
