Retail Promoter (Beauty / Wellness) | Orchard | $15/hr | Contract-to-Permanent

Location: Orchard – Isetan, Shaw House Employment Type: Contract-to-Permanent Vacancies: 2 Pay: $15/hour during contract period Permanent Salary: $2,600 – $2,800/month + incentives upon conversion

About the Role

We are looking for 2 Retail Promoters to represent a beauty and wellness brand at Isetan Orchard . This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity for candidates with retail and sales experience who are looking for a long-term career in customer-facing retail.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts:

• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend products based on customers' needs.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide product and brand education to customers.
• Deliver engaging and professional customer service .
• Arrange and replenish product stock to maintain an appealing display.
• Maintain a clean and organised sales area.

Requirements

• Relevant retail / sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills .
• Comfortable with sales and product recommendations .
• Presentable and confident in engaging customers.
• Able to commit long-term and work retail hours.
• Female candidates preferred for brand requirements.
• Therapy / wellness experience is an advantage but not essential; sales experience is more important .
