RETAIL MANAGER | $3200 - $3800 | 5 DAYS 📍 Locations: Islandwide 💰 Gross Salary: $3,200 -$3800/month 📅 Working Days: 5 days per week, including rostered weekends and Public Holidays ✨ Job Responsibilities Oversee overall store operations, sales performance and customer service standards.

Lead, train and develop retail supervisors and store associates.

Drive store sales targets and monitor key performance indicators.

Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention.

Plan manpower allocation, staff scheduling and daily operational priorities.

Ensure effective visual merchandising and store presentation.

Resolve escalated customer concerns and operational challenges.

Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and retail operating standards.

✅ Requirements Preferably 3–5 years of relevant retail experience.

Previous retail supervisory or management experience is advantageous.

Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.

Experience managing store sales performance and operational targets.

Able to work rostered shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
