Working Hours
🕒 5-day work week, rotating shifts (Candidates should be comfortable working weekends and Public Holidays.)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable eyewear products and solutions
- Assist customers with frame selection and provide product recommendations based on their preferences and lifestyle
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and respond confidently to customer enquiries
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support stock replenishment and daily store operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working towards sales targets in a retail environment
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage
