Resident Engineer (certified) | Up $6K per month | 5.5 days

We are looking for a  Resident Engineer (RE)  to join a leading construction team, overseeing key projects from planning to completion. If you have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in construction management, and a commitment to quality and safety, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. Roles & Responsibilities Review and ensure compliance with  project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act & Regulations .

Oversee all aspects of the construction project, maintaining and submitting accurate records.

Provide support and assistance as directed by the  Superintending Officer or Professional Engineer .

Assess  temporary works  by contractors to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Ensure contractors’  working procedures  align with agreed method statements and  Workplace Safety and Health regulations ; recommend modifications as necessary.

Inspect completed work and prepare  defects lists  when needed.

Basic Requirements Registered Resident Engineer (RE) certificate  in Singapore (mandatory).

Minimum  3–5 years of relevant construction experience .

Knowledge of  building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods .

Strong  communication and coordination skills  to liaise with contractors, engineers, and project teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work on-site independently.

Compensation Salary:  SGD 5,500 – 7,500/month , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
