Relief Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator (Part-Time / Ad-Hoc)

We are hiring Relief Preschool Teachers / Early Childhood Educators for childcare centres, preschools and early childhood centres across Singapore.

Flexible part-time, ad-hoc and short-term assignments are available, depending on centre requirements.

Location: Various preschool and childcare centres across Singapore

Employment Type: Part-Time / Temporary / Ad-Hoc

Working Hours: Based on centre schedules and assignment availability

Salary: up to $20/h depending on qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct and support preschool lessons and age-appropriate learning activities
• Assist with classroom management and daily childcare routines
• Supervise children during lessons, playtime, meals and rest periods
• Support children's learning, development and well-being
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised classroom environment
• Work closely with preschool teachers and centre staff
• Follow ECDA guidelines, centre policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• ECDA-recognised Early Childhood qualification (DECCE-T, ACEY or equivalent) with relevant L1, L2, EY1 or EY2 certification
• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, Early Years Educator or Relief Teacher would be advantageous
• Familiar with preschool classroom routines, child supervision, safety practices and age-appropriate learning activities
• Patient, adaptable and able to work independently or alongside teaching staff for part-time, ad-hoc or short-term assignments
