Requirements

• Develop mechanical designs for optical test equipment, precision motion platforms and probe modules.
• Analyse structural strength, thermal deformation and vibration performance.
• Drive prototype development from component fabrication through assembly and validation.
• Troubleshoot design issues and refine engineering solutions based on test results.
• Work with suppliers and regional teams to support production readiness.

How to apply

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Instruments, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant R&D or mechanical design experience.
• SolidWorks and AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, wafer testing or optical coupling systems is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills and attention to technical documentation.
