Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tenders) | Up to $7K | North / North-East

Location: North / North-East, Singapore | Full-Time Monthly Salary: Up to $7,000 Key Responsibilities Tendering & Estimation: Review tender specs, perform material take-offs/costing, and prepare competitive unit rates & tender summaries.

Vendor Management: Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from local and overseas vendors/subcontractors.

Post-Contract Administration: Manage project variations, progress claims, subcontract agreements, and insurance/contractual requirements.

Client Engagement: Attend site visits and clarification meetings, and assist in contract negotiations.

Requirements Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.

Min. 2 years of local construction QS experience (government project experience is a plus).

Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost evaluation skills; able to meet tight tender deadlines.
