Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS | Up to $6,800 | Commercial Projects

Your tasks

Looking for a role where your QS expertise goes beyond preparing cost estimates? Take ownership of project costs, contract administration and commercial decisions while contributing to the successful delivery of corporate and commercial projects.

• Prepare tender submissions, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement activities.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow and cost performance.
• Manage progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior QS team members where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant QS experience.
• Familiarity with tendering, cost control and contract administration.
• Commercial project or office fit-out experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
