Quality Inspector (East, 4-day work week, Up to $3k + allowances)
Our client is a leading provider of server and data centre infrastructure solutions, supporting some of the world's largest technology and cloud companies.
Role: Quality Inspector
Location: East Up to $3,000 basic + allowances (basic commensurate with experience)
What you'll be doing:
- Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process
- Identify and report defects or quality issues
- Support basic troubleshooting, failure analysis and reporting
- Ensure inspection records and documentation are accurately maintained
- Use tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters
- Follow quality procedures, SOPs and safety guidelines
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and a safe work environment
- Assist with other quality-related duties as required
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification
- Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Willing to work rotating shifts
Working Hours:
12-hour rotating shifts 4 working days per week Rotating day and night shifts
