Project Manager | HDB & Residential Construction | Up to $7,500

Your tasks

Take the lead in delivering Singapore's residential developments.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and completion.
• Manage project schedules, manpower deployment, resources and site progress.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee structural, architectural and M&E works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with HDB, QPs, consultants, RE/RTOs and relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical issues, RFIs and site constraints to minimise delays.
• Drive quality assurance, CONQUAS requirements, inspections and defect rectification.
• Monitor project costs, variations and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements, applicable regulations and project specifications.
• Manage TOP/CSC, project handover and post-completion defects.

Requirements

Are you an experienced construction professional ready to take ownership of residential projects from initial planning to final handover? Join a construction team where you can apply your technical expertise, lead site operations and drive project delivery across HDB and residential developments.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant Project Management experience in HDB, BTO or residential construction projects undertaken by main contractors.
• Strong capabilities in site management, project coordination, scheduling and team leadership.
• Good understanding of construction quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
