Project Engineer – HDB Residential Projects | Up to $5,500

• Location: Singapore
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday
• Salary: Up to $X,XXX/month + benefits (depending on experience)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily structural, architectural and M&E site works to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, productivity and site progress.
• Coordinate precast/PPVC/PBU deliveries and erection works .
• Review drawings, identify site discrepancies and follow up on RFIs .
• Liaise with HDB representatives, consultants, QPs, RE/RTOs and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and support QA/QC and CONQUAS requirements.
• Coordinate material testing, mock-up units and defect rectification.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, safety and site housekeeping requirements.
• Support TOP/CSC inspections, handover and defects management .

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or related discipline.
• 2–5 years’ experience in HDB BTO, residential or main-contractor projects.
• Familiarity with HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC is advantageous.
• Experience with precast/PPVC and subcontractor coordination is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
