Project Engineer | HDB Residential / BTO | Up to $5,500

About the company

Join an established construction company and contribute to the successful delivery of HDB residential projects.

Your tasks

• Supervise structural, architectural and M&E site works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials and construction schedules.
• Oversee precast/PPVC/PBU deliveries and erection activities.
• Review drawings, resolve site discrepancies and follow up on RFIs.
• Liaise with HDB, consultants, QPs, RE/RTOs and subcontractors.
• Support QA/QC, CONQUAS inspections, material testing and mock-up works.
• Coordinate defect rectification, TOP/CSC inspections and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and site safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO, residential or main-contractor projects.
• Knowledge of HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC is an advantage.
• Precast/PPVC experience and subcontractor coordination skills are preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
