⏰ Working Hours

• 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am, 42 hrs /4 days per week
• Permanent Sunday Off

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Production Operators and Manufacturing Associates
• Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
• Monitor productivity, output, and manufacturing performance
• Troubleshoot production and assembly issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance monitoring for team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO procedures, and work instructions
• Prepare production reports and communicate operational updates
• Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process enhancement initiatives
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Production teams

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Lead, Production Team Lead, Production Supervisor, Line Leader, or Assembly Supervisor
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), PCBA, Server Assembly, Data Center Equipment, Precision Engineering, or High-Tech Manufacturing preferred
• Able to manage manpower, production schedules, and operational targets
• Familiar with manufacturing KPIs, productivity, quality control, and safety standards
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to work rotating shifts
