PRODUCTION OPERATOR | Fast Hiring | 4-Day Work Week, 12 hours
Our client is a global technology company specialising in server and data centre solutions . They build and support server systems used by some of the world's largest technology and cloud companies.
📍 Location: East 💰 Salary: Up to $3,000 basic + allowances 📅 4-Day Work Week
What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble server parts, hard drives, racks and cabinets
- Install and put together server components on the production line
- Use basic hand tools for assembly work
- Unpack parts and pack completed products
- Support rack building and other production work
- Follow work instructions, safety rules and SOPs
- Keep your work area clean and organised
What We're Looking For
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification
- Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing or electronics is preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Able to follow work instructions and perform hands-on assembly work
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Working Hours
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- 4 working days per week
- Rotating day and night shifts (monthly)
