Production Operator / Assembly Technician | Up to $3,000 + Allowances | 4-Day Work Week | Training Provided

💰Salary: Up to $3000/month

📍Location: Tampines

🕒Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours / Shift Schedule:

First 3 month (Training) Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

🔄 Rotating 3-shift system:

• A Shift: Mon – Thu, 8:00am – 8:00pm
• B Shift: Fri – Sat (8:00am – 8:00pm) & Mon – Tue (8:00pm – 8:00am)
• C Shift: Wed – Sat, 8:00pm – 8:00am

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• ✨ Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions
• ✨ Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line
• ✨ Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently
• ✨ Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
• ✨ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices
• ✨ Adhere to safety procedures and company guideline sat all times
• ✨ Support operational needs and work rotating shifts when required

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related field is advantageous
• Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers and assembly equipment
• Basic computer skills for production-related tasks
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong team player
