About the company

🚀 FAST HIRING | PERMANENT POSITION | TAMPINES We are hiring Production / Assembly Operators to support assembly and production activities for a growing technology manufacturing MNC. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly or technical operations are welcome to apply.

Your tasks

• Assemble server components, racks and mechanical parts according to work instructions
• Use basic hand tools to carry out assembly work
• Perform rack building, fitting and installation of components
• Assist with packing, unpacking and preparation of materials
• Conduct basic visual checks on assembled products
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation in accordance with safety and 5S standards
• Support daily production targets and operational requirements

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or technical operations is advantageous
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and following work instructions
• Able to perform hands-on assembly tasks
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts after training

🕒 Working Hours & Location

• 📍 Location: Tampines
• Training Period: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• After Training: 12-hour rotating shifts (8 AM to 8 PM / 8 PM to 8 AM)
• Work Schedule: 4-day work week after training
