🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Support process validation for new equipment and manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational performance
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records
- Work closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to achieve production goals
✅ Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or semiconductor environments
- Experience in a production or factory setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts after the training period
Role Suitability
Process Technician: Diploma in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant semiconductor or manufacturing experience.
Process Engineer: Candidates with higher qualifications and/or more extensive relevant engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
🕒 Working Hours
Training Period (First 3 Months)
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training
Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts: Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Choose one of the following fixed 4-day work patterns:
- Team A: Monday – Thursday
- Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
- Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
