• Basic Salary: Up to $4,200/month
• Shift Allowance: $300–$500/month
• Location: Tampines

🕒 Working Hours

Rotating 12-hour shifts

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Shift rotation: 2 days, followed by 2 nights

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily manufacturing processes to ensure production runs smoothly and meets quality standards.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in improving production workflows, process efficiency, and product quality.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of jigs, fixtures, and production tools.
• Work closely with Process Engineers, Test Engineers, and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain and update work instructions, engineering documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities to reduce production downtime, minimise defects, and improve overall productivity.
• Maintain workplace safety, quality standards, and 5S housekeeping practices.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, production engineering, equipment maintenance, or technical troubleshooting.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Experience with production tooling, jigs, fixtures, or continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage.
• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
