PROCESS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN | UP TO $4,000 + SHIFT ALLOWANCE
Looking for a hands-on engineering role where you can troubleshoot production issues, improve manufacturing processes and work closely with engineers?

🔧 What You'll Be Doing
- Support engineers in process and equipment validation for new manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot production and technical issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety (QCDS)
- Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to resolve operational issues
- Assist with evaluating processes and equipment for safety and regulatory compliance
- Fabricate, maintain and improve basic jigs, fixtures and production aids
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S and ESD practices on the production floor
- Maintain technical records, reports and process documentation
- Support cross-functional projects and contribute to improving production efficiency
- Use basic hand tools and workshop equipment for troubleshooting and improvement activities
👷 Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering or engineering support
- Experience working in a factory / production environment
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, process improvement, jigs/fixtures or production equipment is advantageous
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and ESD practices
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling urgent production issues
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
💰 Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to $4,200/month Shift Allowance: $300 – $500/month 💵 Total: Up to $4,700/month
🕒 Working Hours
Training Period | First 2 Weeks – 1 Month Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training | Rotating 12-Hour Shifts ☀️ Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Choose from one of the following fixed 4-day work patterns :
- Team A: Monday – Thursday
- Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
- Team C: Wednesday & Thursday (day), Friday & Saturday (night)
