12-hour Day Shift Allowance:  +S$12 per shift

12-hour Night Shift Allowance:  +S$24 per shift

Meal & Transport Allowance:  S$16 per workday

🔧 Key Responsibilities Support process validation for new equipment and manufacturing processes

Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational performance

Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards

Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records

Work closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to achieve production goals

✅ Requirements Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related discipline

At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or semiconductor environments

Experience in a production or factory setting

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts after the training period

🕒 Working Hours Training Period (First 3 Months) Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training (4 Days Work Week) Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts: Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
