PROCESS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN | Fast Hiring | 4-Day Work Week

Our client is a global technology company specialising in server and data centre solutions . They build and support server systems used by some of the world's largest technology and cloud companies. 📍 Location: Tampines 💰 Basic Salary: $3,500–$4,000 (commensurate with experience) 📅 4-Day Work Week after Training What You'll Be Doing Support the validation and introduction of new equipment and manufacturing processes

Troubleshoot process and production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support corrective actions

Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality and production performance

Support continuous improvement and process optimisation activities

Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment against operational requirements

Fabricate, modify and maintain basic jigs and fixtures used in production

Participate in cross-functional engineering and improvement projects

Maintain process documentation, technical records and reports

Work closely with engineers, production teams and other stakeholders to resolve process issues and support production targets

What We're Looking For Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline

At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, engineering support or semiconductor environments

Hands-on experience working in a production or manufacturing environment

Good understanding of process troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Exposure to process validation, continuous improvement or equipment validation is an advantage

Comfortable working with technical documentation and process records

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working rotating shifts after training

Working Hours First 3 months: Monday to Friday

After training: 4-day work week on rotating day and night shifts
