📍 Location: Paya Lebar 💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month 🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📅 Contract Duration: 3 Months (Immediate Start – End December)

🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Check and verify supplier pricing, invoices and supporting documents
- Prepare and apply for Letters of Credit (LC)
- Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty permit declarations
- Assist with import/export and trade documentation
- Ensure information and documentation are accurate and properly maintained
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
✅ Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous
- Candidates with a Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate are welcome
- Around 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Good communication and written language skills
- Meticulous, organised and comfortable working with documentation
