📍 Location: Paya Lebar 💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month 📅 Contract: 3 Months (Immediate – End December) ⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 🚀 Immediate vacancies available

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify supplier pricing and invoices
• Assist with applications for Letters of Credit
• Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty and permit declarations
• Ensure trade and shipping documentation is accurately processed
• Support import/export and logistics administrative activities
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

✅ Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline
• Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous
• Candidates with a relevant Customs Competency Test for Declarants certificate are encouraged to apply
• Relevant working experience is advantageous
• Good communication and language proficiency
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling documentation
