Permit Declarant / Customs Declarant | Up to $3,000 | Paya Lebar | Immediate Start

Location: Paya Lebar Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify supplier pricing, invoices and supporting documents
• Prepare and apply for Letters of Credit (LC)
• Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty permit declarations
• Assist with import/export and trade documentation
• Ensure information and documentation are accurate and properly maintained
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous
• Candidates with a Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate are welcome
• Around 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Good communication and written language skills
• Meticulous, organised and comfortable working with documentation
