Your tasks

• Perform refraction tests (where authorised) and provide professional optical dispensing services.
• Recommend suitable lenses, lens coatings and frames based on customers' needs.
• Maintain accurate customer prescription records, work orders and payment details.
• Provide professional advice and excellent customer service.
• Support daily store operations and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Opticianry or a related field.
• Valid registration with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) in Singapore.
• Previous experience as an Optician is welcome!
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about eye care and delivering excellent customer service.
