Looking for a stable role in Tampines with structured hours, great allowances, and every Sunday off? A leading company in Tampines is hiring hands-on Operators to join their growing production team!

Your tasks

1. Assembly Operator
2. Quality Inspector

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product inspections and quality checks.
• Assist with failure analysis and reporting.

• Perform server assembly tasks on the production line, including assembling chassis and hard drives.
• Assemble and set up server racks and cabinets.
• Execute production line duties, including but not limited to unpacking components, packaging finished goods, and rack building.

• Support any other reasonable duties assigned.

Requirements

✅ Requirements

• Min Nitec / Diploma in Engineering (no experience welcome apply).
• Applicant without experience but possesses min 2 year of experience in manufacturing technical lines / production / semi-con exposure.
• Able to commit to weekly rotating day and night, 12 hours pattern.

What we offer

💰 Attractive Remuneration & Perks

• Basic Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Shift Allowances:
• 12-hour Day Shift: Additional S$12 per shift
• 12-hour Night Shift: Additional S$24 per shift
• Meal + Transport allowance: $16 per day
• Work Location: Tampines
• Rest Day: All Sundays are OFF!

⏰ Structured Working Hours

• Training: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 week)
• Subsequent roster: Weekly rotating day/night shifts (12-hour shifts: 8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM)
• Ability to follow 4-day shift pattern (rotating):
• Team A: Monday to Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
