Operations Manager | Data Centre (4 days, 12 hours Shift)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations to achieve production targets.
• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, quality and delivery performance .
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, cycle counts, stock accuracy and material movement.
• Ensure timely material supply to production and shipment of finished goods.
• Lead, coach and develop operations teams, including workforce planning and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company policies.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• At least 3 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, server manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse and material management .
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements .
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment .
