🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience in a luxury retail environment
• Supervise and support the customer service team in maintaining high service standards
• Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally and tactfully
• Manage complex service situations and provide effective service recovery
• Lead by example in professional grooming, communication, and customer engagement
• Coach and guide team members to continuously improve service quality
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

💼 What We're Looking For

• Around 8–10 years of relevant customer service, premium hospitality or cabin crew experience
• Prior team-leading, supervisory or senior service experience preferred
• Strong experience in complaint management and service recovery
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
• Professional presentation with strong service etiquette
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a customer-facing team
• Candidates will be assessed based on relevant experience, skills and suitability for the role
