LUXURY FRAGRANCE RETAIL ASSISTANT | ORCHARD

Passionate about fragrances, beauty and providing an exceptional customer experience? This could be the opportunity for you!

• Location: Orchard
• Basic Salary: $2,600 – $2,800
• Commission: Approx. $500 – $1,000
• 5-Day Work Week | 44 Hours per Week
• Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
• Fixed Days Off: Monday & Tuesday

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide warm, personalised service to customers in a luxury retail environment
• Introduce and recommend fragrances based on customers’ preferences and needs
• Share product knowledge, fragrance notes and brand stories confidently
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Assist with product displays, merchandising and maintaining store presentation
• Handle cashiering, stock replenishment and daily retail operations
• Support promotional activities, launches and in-store events when required

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about luxury fragrances, beauty and customer service
• Retail, beauty, fragrance or customer-facing experience is advantageous
• Confident, well-presented and service-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging customers and recommending suitable products
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop strong fragrance knowledge
• Able to commit to the Wednesday to Sunday work schedule
