✨ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and exceptional service to every client
• Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable luxury products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling
• Work towards individual and boutique sales targets
• Develop strong knowledge of the brand, collections, craftsmanship, and product features
• Support visual merchandising and maintain high boutique presentation standards
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and daily boutique operations
• Provide professional after-sales service to strengthen customer loyalty

• Strong interest in luxury retail, fashion, and lifestyle products
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in engaging and building relationships with clients
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets
• Prior retail, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
• Well-presented with a professional and service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
