Your Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised and exceptional customer service to local and international clientele.
- Introduce and recommend luxury timepieces based on customers' preferences and lifestyles.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge of luxury watches, craftsmanship and brand heritage.
- Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising and inventory standards.
- Assist with daily boutique operations and after-sales enquiries.
Who We're Looking For
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, watches, jewellery or fashion.
- Passion for luxury watches and premium customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, service-oriented and sales-driven.
- Ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
- Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
