About the company

Join a premium beauty and wellness brand located in the heart of Orchard! We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and have a flair for retail sales.

Your tasks

• Introduce and recommend suitable beauty and wellness products based on customers' needs.
• Deliver personalised product consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual sales targets.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and brand philosophy.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising and product displays.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness or premium retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, confident and passionate about customer engagement.
• Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn about beauty and wellness products.
• Able to commit to a long-term, full-time position.
