Your tasks

An exciting opportunity awaits in the Luxury Beauty Retail Industry! We are seeking service-oriented individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, recommending beauty products and delivering exceptional shopping experiences.

• Deliver excellent customer service and personalised shopping experiences.
• Recommend suitable skincare, cosmetics and beauty products based on customers' needs.
• Demonstrate product features and explain their benefits.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and daily store operations.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or luxury retail will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beauty products and willingness to learn.
• Customer-focused with a positive working attitude.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates from other retail industries with relevant transferable skills are welcome to apply.
