Logistics Manager / Assistant Manager | Up to $7,000 | Supply Chain & Distribution

Your tasks

We are looking for logistics professionals to oversee warehouse, inventory and distribution operations supporting central kitchen and multi-outlet operations.

This is an opportunity to optimise logistics processes, improve cost efficiency and lead operational performance in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with F&B, food distribution or central kitchen experience are encouraged to apply.

• Oversee daily logistics, warehouse, order fulfilment and delivery operations.
• Coordinate deliveries, route planning and stock movement across central kitchens, outlets, suppliers and warehouse partners.
• Manage inventory accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies, including monitoring slow-moving and obsolete stock.
• Monitor delivery performance, operating costs and KPIs to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Identify cost savings and implement better logistics processes and SOPs.
• Resolve operational issues relating to deliveries, transportation, inventory and customer or outlet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety and company procedures.
• Supervise, coach and develop the logistics team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution or supply chain management.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment and delivery coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• F&B, food distribution, central kitchen or multi-outlet operations experience is an advantage.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience is required for consideration at Senior Manager level.

What we offer

• Senior Manager: Up to $7,000/month
• Assistant Manager: Up to $5,000/month

Salary is commensurate with experience.
