Looking for greater flexibility in your work schedule? Join our team as a Locum Occupational Therapist (OT) or Locum Physiotherapist (PT) and provide quality rehabilitation services across various healthcare settings while enjoying flexible weekday assignments.
Working Arrangement
- 📅 3 to 5 Days Per Week (Monday to Friday) | Up to $75/hr
- ⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 📍 Multiple Healthcare Settings Across Singapore
- 💼 Locum / Flexible Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional, physical, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patients' goals and clinical conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence .
- Manage assigned caseloads efficiently while ensuring timely treatment and documentation.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy programmes, home exercises, and safety techniques.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimise patient outcomes.
- Prepare discharge recommendations and coordinate continuity of care where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, workplace safety, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
- Valid AHPC Registration to practise in Singapore.
- Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, community care, outpatient, or home care settings is preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different healthcare environments.
- Comfortable managing diverse patient caseloads with minimal supervision.
