Industrial Product Engineer (Contract) | 1 year contract | Seletar Aerospace

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Provide technical support to production operations for assigned products

Manage product definition, configuration, and evolution

Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis (8D), and cost-saving initiatives

Collaborate with multi-functional teams (MFT) and customers to resolve product issues

Lead/support new product introduction, customer returns, and supplier validations

Establish KPIs (R1, FPY) and monitor support effectiveness

🧠 What You Bring:

Diploma or Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar

2+ years’ experience in technical support or product engineering

Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; clear and professional communication

Able to manage priorities under tight deadlines

Aviation industry experience is a plus!
