Food Operations Executive | West/Tuas | Up to $4,000 | 5 days

📍 Tuas / West Region 💰 Salary: Up to $4,000/month 🕒 5 Days | Rotating Shifts: 10.00pm–7.30am / 7.30am–5.00pm

This role is to oversee daily food preparation and ready-meal production, suiting candidates with hands-on experience in food manufacturing or large-scale central kitchen operations , with strong knowledge of food technology and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team in daily food preparation and ready-meal production .
• Translate customer requirements into product designs, specifications, and production processes .
• Develop and optimise processes to achieve the required product quality and consistency .
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery requirements .
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and production output .
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or industrial central kitchen operations .
• Strong understanding of food technology, production processes, and large-scale food processing equipment .
• Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to present ideas and prepare operational documentation.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule , including night shifts.
