Your tasks

✨ PERMANENT POSITION | SIGN-ON BONUS We're hiring F&B Captains to support daily restaurant operations and guide service teams at Marina Bay Sands.

🍷 Job Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned service sections during daily restaurant operations
• Guide and support Service Attendants to maintain service standards
• Welcome guests and ensure an enjoyable dining experience
• Coordinate food and beverage service with kitchen and service teams
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally
• Assist with staff deployment and daily operational preparations
• Ensure tables, service stations and dining areas are properly maintained
• Support supervisors and managers in maintaining operational efficiency

Requirements

This opportunity is suitable for experienced F&B professionals with strong service skills and the confidence to lead by example.

• Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in restaurants, hotels or hospitality establishments
• Experience guiding junior service staff or coordinating service operations is advantageous
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Confident in handling guest requests and operational challenges
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Professional, hands-on and team-oriented approach

What we offer

• Basic Salary: $2,800–$3,200/month
• 🎁 Sign-On Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month's basic salary for eligible hires
