Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear and products.

Work towards individual and store sales targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer enquiries confidently.

Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation standards.

Support stock replenishment and daily retail store operations.

Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.

Comfortable working in a retail environment and achieving sales targets.

Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays .

Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
