Candidates must be comfortable working assigned night shifts

Working hours and roster will be communicated based on operational requirements

📝 Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and professional assistance

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and operational processes

Follow up on customer requests and operational issues

Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and operational records

Prepare reports and update relevant documentation

Support daily logistics and operations activities

Monitor and follow up on requests to ensure timely resolution

Maintain service standards and provide a positive customer experience

Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies and operational guidelines

🎯 Job Requirements Prior experience in customer service, logistics, administration or operations is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders

Good attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records

Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Willing to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts

Responsible, organised and able to follow established procedures and SOPs
