Customer Service Assistant / Officer (Warehouse) | Up to $3,000 | 4-Day Work Week

💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,000/month

📍 Location: North/West

🕒 Work Schedule: 4-day work week | 12-hour rotating shifts

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

KeyResponsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare and update shipping, inventory, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor order status and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Priorexperience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Ableto work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
