Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders .
- Support tender activities, including bid preparation and supplier proposal evaluation .
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, variations, costs and potential risks.
- Work closely with project, engineering, procurement and site teams to resolve contractual matters.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, including payment records, insurance and performance bonds.
- Liaise with vendors, legal advisors and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Support contract close-out and post-project reviews to improve future processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or related field ; relevant diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
- 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
- Experience with electrical projects ; data centre or commercial project experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and BCA requirements.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good understanding of electrical engineering concepts is an advantage.
