Looking for your next engineering challenge? Join a technical team where your expertise in equipment commissioning, functional testing and troubleshooting directly impacts product quality and production performance.
- Equipment Commissioning: Carry out commissioning, functional verification and factory calibration of mass-production equipment according to established SOPs.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform full-function testing and ageing verification before shipment to ensure equipment meets performance and quality standards.
- Technical Documentation: Record commissioning data and prepare commissioning reports and factory inspection records.
- On-Site Support: Support equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance at customer sites, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth handover.
- Process Improvement: Review and refine commissioning SOPs and processes to improve efficiency, consistency and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Quality and Engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve mass-production issues.
Requirements
If you have hands-on experience commissioning automation equipment and enjoy solving technical problems from factory testing to on-site customer acceptance, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.
- Diploma or above in Mechatronics, Automation, Optoelectronic Technology or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–3 years of mass-production equipment commissioning experience, preferably in automation, optical or semiconductor equipment.
- Able to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, understand equipment assembly and commissioning procedures, and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on technical skills, attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for business when required.
