📚 Join a well-established bookstore retail team in the North-East! We are looking for customer-focused Cashiers / Retail Assistants to support daily store operations. 📌 Key Responsibilities Operate cashier/POS systems and process customer transactions accurately

Handle cash and various payment methods

Assist customers with enquiries and provide friendly customer service

Support stock replenishment, stocktaking and general store operations

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment

Assist with daily outlet operations and other duties assigned by the Store Manager

✅ Job Requirements Preferably 1 year or more of full-time retail experience

Retail, bookstore, customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented, reliable and responsible

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Able to commit to weekends, public holidays and the October–mid-January peak period

Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period are highly preferred
